It’s been an amazing spring in our little corner of North Yorkshire…

We’ve had weeks of good weather and the countryside has been on fine form. Here are a few pictures from around the North Yorkshire, and one from Glossop in Derbyshire.

 

Broad Bean Flowers in Old Malton. There are acres of broad bean plants and, although the plants are quite ordinary looking, the flowers are photogenic.

And keeping up the grave theme, this grassy patch in Glossop Cemetry is all that is left of the grave of Ann Coe, one of my favourite ancestors.
