Pictures from my walks this week
This week I felt a tiny bit of spring in the air, and I’ve been out about with my camera and Bruce the Dog. Here are a few pictures taken around Birdsall and Acklam. A rare find were the Yorkshire Wolds long necked sheep: a rare breed and difficult to spot as they generally hide during the day.
I love the sheep… there’s a rumour that they make wallpaper paste from their spit. I prefer to spin the wool xx
I could stand and watch them all day. They make me laugh, especially when they fall out with each other and spit at each other. It looks foul stuff though, I wouldn’t want to catch a load of that. xx
