Picture of the Week: North Yorks Moors Railway
What better way to spend a couple of hours than watching steam trains go by
A couple of weeks ago Liz and I had a brief trip out to Pickering Railway Station to watch the trains. In true British Railways style, the service was late, but it gave us plenty of time to photograph the station and have an ice cream. Here’s Standard Tank Engine 80136 hauling a passenger train into Pickering Station on a warm sunny afternoon.
This would make a brilliant jigsaw 😊
I never thought about that. I might try it. That would make a great hobby. Xx
Love this one Dave. Brings back fond memories of when we were there all together.
We had a great day out, Whitby was full of steampunks!
