Bite Free

Another day, another pond. This time we’re at Terrington, a smashing little village tucked away in the Howardian Hills of Yorkshire.

We’ve not caught a thing all morning, but at least the view’s nice. It’s getting a bit late in the year though for sitting idly by the waterside. I’m just about warm enough, but I’m wearing just about every layer I can.

It’s a privilege to have the opportunity to sit here in beautiful surroundings. There are lots of worse things I could be doing.
