Barking
It barely seems possible that we’re so near to Christmas. Yet the festive season is starting to close upon us. Last weekend I was involved in my first proper Christmassy thing of the year: the indoor fun dog show for Ryedale Dog Rescue. I spent a day announcing the classes and Liz did a grand job ion refreshments. It’s quite ‘interesting’ putting forty dogs inside a large hall for the day, and my ears are still ringing from the barks. Mind you, if I have to do something festive, there’s worse ways than spending an afternoon.
This week’s post on Friday is a photo of the week. The only difference is that the week in question was around ninety years ago. Our family collection of photographs continues to throw up some fascinating stories and surprises, and I’m particularly fond of this one.
